Moscow Office Director Moscow,
Russia - £ Negotiable
A large UK based practice have
recently opened a new office in Moscow and now require a Director
to take on a lead role and manage the office. Your role as Director
will include dealing with HR, Contract, and budget management
as well as staff resourcing, marketing, business development
and design quality monitoring. Your duties will include recruitment,
dealing with HR issues, liasing with the accountant, creating
and issuing project bid responses . Part of your role will be
to handle all PR, Marketing and business development. You will
be developing Russian web pages with the London marketing team,
developing a marketing strategy and assisting with the development
of the Russian offices business plan. It will also be your responsibility
to continually review design quality for the Moscow office and
integrate the practices procedures. There may also be future
Russian offices opened and it will be your job to assist with
the development and creation of these. Successful candidates
will have previous experience of working in Russia and working
in a similar role. Fluent English speaking skills is essential
as you will be expected to do some travelling to the UK to liase
with the other offices directors. Russian language skills are
an advantage.
