Waterfront Gallery
Design Competition
Expressions of interest are invited
for a competition to design a prestigious and distinctive "landmark"
gallery on the waterfront in Wakefield.
The competition promoter is City
of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council and the competition
will be managed by the RIBA Competitions Office.
In the first instance expressions
of interest in the form of Practice profile submissions are invited
from registered Architects/ Architect-led teams. From this information
a longlist of up to 12 Practices will be invited to interview.
A shortlist of up to 6 Practices will then be selected to take
part in the design phase of the competition.
