Project Architect-Part 3

The Person: Ideally you will have strong design and technical skills, be confident in taking projects from inception through to completion and have experience in managing & leading teams. Ideally you will be familiar with UK building regulations and have 5-10 years experience working as an Architect. You will have drive and ambition to make a significant contribution to this successful practice.

Requirements:
o Qualified to Degree level in Architecture, with a part 3 status
o Ideally 5-10 years experience working as a Design Architect
o Preferably with a track record in managing projects
o High degree of design and technical skills
o Ability to take projects from inception through to completion
o Comfortable dealing with clients and contractors
o Strong communication and inter-personnel skills
o Self motivated, with a clear ambition to succeed in your career
