We are seeking an architect with proven experience to join our
Perth studio as a Project Leader.
To be successful in this role:
· Registered architect,
or eligible for registration within the state of WA
· Lead all phases
of project delivery through design development, documentation
and construction.
· An extensive portfolio
of experience on medium to large scale projects including health,
hotels, commercial buildings and retail complexes.
· Experience in the
production of concept and presentation drawings.
· Effective communication
at all levels, in particular client liaison.
Professional architects with experience in creating winning submissions,
client briefing, contract administration, leading teams, mentoring
others and those with a passion for architecture and the advancement
of their careers are of particular interest to us.
The successful candidate will experience a clear pathway into
a leadership position within the studio and throughout the
Woodhead group.

Woodhead is an award winning international architectural and
design firm with a network of studios throughout Australia and
South East Asia.
Our Perth studio has a growing number of commissions within its
corporate, tourism and hospitality teams and are seeking
experienced Interior Designers with sound planning, conceptual
design, design development and presentation skills for early
design phase works on some medium to large-scale commissions
and future bid phases on prospective projects.
Preferred applicants will be experienced creative professionals
with the following attributes:
· A recognised tertiary
qualification in design or a related discipline with permission
to work long-term in Australia.
· Professional design
experience and a portfolio which demonstrates a depth of conceptual
design work and detailed design development.
· The ability to develop
schemes in a multi-media environment and use presentation skills
to communicate ideas and concepts.
· Creativity, drive
and ambition.
