Project Architect Guernsey
States Property Services was
formed in 2006 when property and construction professionals were
brought together within the Treasury & Resources department.
States Property Services provides strategic and corporate advice,
construction and project management services to the States for
its extensive land and property assets.
We currently have a vacancy for a:
Project Architect
We are looking for a senior construction
professional to provide architectural services and advice for
a wide range of projects. There will be both 'hands on' project
design development and a more strategic role for larger externally
designed projects. The postholder will work closely with client
departments in developing project briefs, producing conceptual
and detailed designs and overseeing projects through Project
Boards.
The successful candidate will
be a chartered architect (RIBA) with significant post qualification
experience.
Salary rising to £49,315
(Under review with effect
from 1 May 2008)
