Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. (BH+A), a mid-size, South
Boston Architectural firm, seeks an experienced Project Architect/Job
Captain for a dynamic, full-time role.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years' office experience
and professional registration.
- Exhibits leadership and personal
motivation while managing multiple projects or a single large
project.
- Can perform project management
tasks and produce construction documents for projects in the
$5-$15 million range
- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD
with Architectural Desktop
Relationships:
- Works independently, managing
most or all aspects of a project
- Works directly with clients,
consultants, other Project Managers and Principals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, management,
and financial aspects of a project, specifically monitoring each
project's profitability status and making appropriate adjustments
to schedule and documents as required.
- Incorporates other disciplines
(budget, construction methods, technical, MEP systems,
etc.) into the project thinking/process.
- Contributes to business development
in interviews, qualifications, and proposals.
